Based out of San Diego, Lord Man is a music project launched by Jack Gunn, gathering talent from the West Coast to produce songs generating power, dynamics and drive.
PIC Records' Lord Man performs six powerful songs laden with images of the worldly succumbing to that which he covets--and to the words of man. Ethereal, psychedelic passages promote a vibrant atmosphere of solace and tension, just as we strive for spiritual life and freedom in a world marked by uncertainty and darkness.

Lord Man presents their first record, Words of Man, for your hearing experience.
It is said that man's spirit ensnared by the talons of worldly desire soon spirals into a cycling abyss of coveting leaving his soul vapid, his mind useless--unless he takes a path known to him, and different from his own. Lord Man conveys this theme in lyrics and music.
All instruments were recorded live with a vast array of electronics, guitars, amplifiers, drums and microphones. The sound was processed through Burl converters. All singers are from the San Diego area; most sing with a known chorale group based in San Diego. Other performers of Lord Man are successful musicians and denizens of Southern California.
